I am back from Ireland, and I have plenty to write - will do so tomorrow. I will leave you with this though, a funny scene from the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding which really cuts to the core of culture and diet -- and from my experiences in Ireland it proves that the Irish are no different from the Greeks, and the Italians, Germans, etc. where the culture is partly defined by the diet.
