Looking good Terrence ....and I mean that in the most heterosexual way! It's amazing how tall guys like us can really carry all that extra weight on our frames and still not look disgustingly obese. I wonder if I would have let myself get so far out of shape if I was 5'8" and not 6'5". Just curious, did you give up caffeine during your six month quest? Have a fantastic time in Ireland. Safe travels!

My large frame definitely helped me carry on that tonage!
I am not a big coffee drinker. Did not give it up, but averaged 1 cup a day
The before was you? Really? You look so different. Wow! Good for you.
You should keep those where you can look at them often as a reminder of how far you have come. It really is an amazing change.
